Access

The plugin can be accessed from the main screen of the application by clicking on the Forms icon.

Formcreator main view

The main view of the plugin contains the following elements.

1. Policies, legal, ethics and compliance.
2. New ticket example form.
3. New project example form.
4. Request for vacations and permits example form.

Note: The forms in the list above are examples, since these are configurable for each client, and you can create as many as you need.

Formcreator filter

The plugin is able to filter the different forms by their name. Only those forms that contain the character string entered in their name will be displayed.

1. Text input.

New ticket example form 

To create a ticket from a form, the following fields must be filled out:

1. Ticket type dropdown. Incident or request.
2. Urgency dropdown.
3. Title input.

New project example form

To create a project from a form, the fields to enter are:

1. Project type dropdown.
2. Type of use select.
3. Help input.
4. Number of technicians input.

Forms to validate

A form requires validation from the person in charge.

Form validation

1. Request information.
2. Comments input.
3. Reject button.
4. Accept button.

Note: If the request is rejected, it is mandatory to add a comment.

Main screen for self-service users

When you launch the application as self-service, if the Formcreator plugin is installed, two sections are displayed on the main screen, each with a dropdown to apply filters.

1. Tickets filter.
2. My tickets / All tickets summary.
3. Forms filter (by category).
4. Forms list.

The following pop-up allows you to filter the tickets displayed on the main screen.

The forms shown here can also be filtered, in this case by category.
