The latest GLPI update brings a cleaner, user-friendly interface designed just for you! Right in the centre, a handy search bar lets you quickly find FAQs and forms, making it easy to learn and use the tool.

Fast Ticket Access
Say goodbye to slow navigation! Create new requests or check existing tickets with a quick scroll down, everything’s right at your fingertips.

Easy Service Catalog Access
Open your tickets using the available options in the Service Catalogue, including the default choices like ‘Report an Issue’ and ‘Request a Service.’ , ask your administrator to make you some templates for your usual tickets(handovers, permission requests…).
Quick Tip: If these basic forms are the only ones enabled, your GLPI administrator might be cutting a few corners! 😉

Custom Form Thumbnails
Admins can now add thumbnails to forms, offering a sneak peek of what each one has to offer, making your choice even easier!

The ticket overview is now cleaner, focusing on essentials by removing details like Priority, Requester, and Time to Resolve.

Enhanced Security with 2FA
Add an extra layer of protection by enabling two-factor authentication in your profile settings. Don’t let a saved password on a forgotten laptop be the biggest security breach in your history! Use it!

Set Substitutes
You’re going on vacation, but there’s tickets that will ask for your validation while you’re on the beach! Are you gonna let them wait for you? they better not automatically close before you come back, right?Easily assign substitutes to handle ticket approvals right from the configuration menu.
