How TICGAL won the Best Communication Award at the GLPI Partners Day 2025 in Sevilla
Last October 16th, the GLPI community came together for an exceptional event: the annual GLPI Partners Day! This year, partners from four continents gathered in the vibrant and beautiful city of Seville, Spain, where the warm weather was a notable feature. The event took place at the stunning Hotel Alfonso XIII.
The day was a powerful reminder of the global nature of the GLPI Network. We had the invaluable opportunity to connect with partners from around the world, sharing insights, technical knowledge, and success stories.
The agenda was packed with engaging presentations, including the Return of Experience (REX). I proudly represented TICGAL in a major Spanish Ministry success case. This success demonstrates how our GLPI solutions deliver transformative power and address enterprise-level challenges for both public and private clients.
Beyond the formal presentations, I had (again) the honour of participating in one of the round tables. This was a fantastic opportunity to share our insights on industry trends, explore the future of ITSM and the GLPI Network Cloud, and engage in meaningful dialogue with our fellow partners.

Best Communication Award
A large number of people are creating content about GLPI. Among them, we strive to consistently deliver value in all that we offer Fortunately, Teclib’ thought we where the ones to be award and we are thankful about that.
We’re committed to doing even more incredible work and improving our global communications in the coming year!
We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to the other awarded partners.

Beyond the tech: Exploring Sevilla
After a day of enriching technical discussions, we were fortunate to experience a piece of Sevilla’s history and beauty. We had the chance to visit the amazing Reales Alcázares, immersing ourselves in its breathtaking architecture and history. It was the perfect way to add a pinch of culture to a successful and memorable event.
The human touch
We also had the chance to meet a true GLPI legend: Xavier Caillaud. He’s the man behind the greatest number of GLPI plugins ever, and it was great to connect with such an influential figure in the community. These personal meetings and moments are what truly make the Partners Day memorable. I still remember last year’s with Alexandre Delauney in Rome.

While the discussions were serious, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. We kept up our tradition of a photo with Adrien Clairembault—though this time, we had a little photobombing from Samra!

Unfortunately, the main host and our Channel Manager, Christian Casalegno, had a tough and busy day coordinating the event, so we didn’t manage to get a proper photo with him. We decided that some photos should be stored deep in the cloud and are not meant to be shown publicly!
Last but not least, we were thrilled to share these moments with partners from many countries, including Colombia, Brazil, Croatia, Germany, Italy, the USA, Greece, and France, of course! We met great professionals who are also interesting people, making for truly nice moments. Too cheesy? As I grow older, I value these experiences the most.

Finally, a special mention goes to Pedro Muñoz, Sevillan by birth, Galician by adoption, who joined me to prove that TICGAL is not just one person. We are small, but we are the TICGAL Team and as Pascal Aubry highlighted, we are all part of the worldwide GLPI Team.
Merci Pascal, merci Teclib’, merci GLPI 💖
