Once enabled, the chatbot is accessible from the following button in the home menu.

Conversation

During the conversation, the chatbot configured from the plugin in the GLPI instance associated with your application will resolve any questions that may arise based on the information previously provided.

  1. User question.
  2. Chatbot reply.
