TICGAL and Diputació de Lleida Highlight Efficient IT Service Management in Public Administration at the Quadrennial Digital Government Congress in Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain).
The Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB) became the epicentre of digital innovation in Public Administration on March 12 and 13, celebrating the 5th edition of the Congrés Govern Digital 2025 (Digital Government Congress) or CGD2025. Gathering experts to discuss the future of public sector digital transformation under the theme ‘The revolution of intelligent governments: inclusivity, proactivity, and sustainability,’ the AOC Consortium’s event was exclusive to companies with proven success. TICGAL’s participation affirmed the relevance and quality of their solutions.
This was vividly illustrated by their presentation of the GLPI Success Story from Diputació de Lleida, delivered in collaboration with Jordi Gervás, Head of Quality, Support, and Innovation. The talk, titled “If something doesn’t work on your computer, who are you going to call? 15 years of GLPI in the Diputació de Lleida,” playfully likened IT work to ‘capturing ghosts,’ highlighting GLPI’s crucial role in navigating complex IT situations.
The Galician company TICGAL stood out as the only representative from Galicia among the major players in the sector, presenting its experience and innovative solutions for managing IT services in Public Administration.
